DECORATIVE GRAVEL
Priory Crushed Granite Gravel - 14mm
One of our most popular landscaping products. Priory crushed granite gravel features warm golden tones with natural flecks of black and white - an earthy, timeless finish that works beautifully against native planting, timber features, and the coastal gardens common across Binalong Bay and the East Coast corridor. The angular texture gives it excellent stability underfoot, making it a practical as well as attractive choice for pathways, driveways, garden beds, and entertaining areas. It compacts well, holds its position, and looks better over time rather than worse.
Good for: garden paths, decorative driveways, garden bed surfacing, entertaining areas, feature zones.
Crushed Earthy Brown Granite - 20mm
Warm, rich brown tones that settle naturally into the landscape rather than competing with it. Earthy brown granite works especially well in native and country-style gardens, giving driveways and pathways a soft, organic appearance without sacrificing durability.
Its larger size provides excellent drainage and a textured surface that handles foot traffic and light vehicle use across residential properties from St Helens to Fingal. If you want a finish that feels connected to the East Coast landscape rather than imported from somewhere else, this is the product.
Good for: driveways, access paths, garden beds, rural property landscaping, country-style gardens.
EASTERN GREY LANDSCAPING PEBBLES
Our Eastern Grey pebbles are produced from high-quality stone with a consistent natural grey colour - clean, modern, and versatile. Available in five sizes to suit different applications, from fine path surfacing through to stable, textured driveway coverage.
40mm Eastern Grey Pebbles
The largest in the Eastern Grey range. Angular and stable, 40mm pebbles create strong visual texture and a durable, contemporary surface. The larger size means they hold their position well in exposed areas and handle foot and light vehicle traffic without scattering.
Good for: feature areas, contemporary garden beds, driveway edging, large-scale landscaping, commercial projects.
20mm Eastern Grey Pebbles
A versatile mid-size pebble that balances visual appeal with practical performance. The natural mix of light to mid-grey tones creates a clean, professional finish that works equally well in modern residential gardens and commercial landscaping projects across the East Coast. Reduces weed growth and helps retain soil moisture.
Good for: garden beds, pathways, water features, around trees, commercial landscaping.
14mm Eastern Grey Pebbles
A neutral, refined grey aggregate that works as both a surface material and a weed suppressant. The smaller size compacts well for stable pathways and driveway surfaces while maintaining the clean grey aesthetic of the Eastern Grey range. Durable and low-maintenance.
Good for: pathways, driveways, driveway edging, weed suppression, modern garden beds.
10mm Eastern Grey Pebbles
A finer pebble that brings a sophisticated, polished look to garden spaces. The cool grey shades create high contrast against green foliage, timber, and modern paving - popular for contemporary East Coast residential properties around St Helens, Scamander, and Binalong Bay.
Good for: garden bed detail, around pavers, modern feature areas, high-contrast planting zones.
7mm Eastern Grey Pebbles
The finest in the Eastern Grey range. Small enough to provide excellent drainage and soil aeration, 7mm Eastern Grey pebbles work as a sustainable, low-maintenance alternative to organic mulch - they don't break down, don't blow away, and suppress weeds effectively. A practical choice for native planting and low-maintenance garden designs across the East Coast.
Good for: mulch replacement, native gardens, rock gardens, pathways, drainage, weed suppression.
LANDSCAPING BOULDERS
Golden Granite Boulders
Warm golden tones with natural flecks of black and white — a striking, premium stone that brings immediate presence to any outdoor space. The colouring is bold enough to read as a feature from a distance while remaining natural enough to sit comfortably in a planted landscape.
Like our rustic brown boulders, these are as structural as they are decorative. Granite is naturally durable, weather-resistant, and won't rust, rot, or degrade — a long-term investment in a landscape rather than something that needs replacing.
Good for: feature rocks, water features, rock gardens, retaining wall faces, entry statements, large-scale decorative landscaping.
Rustic Brown Landscaping Boulders
Carefully selected for their organic shapes and naturally weathered surfaces, these rustic brown boulders bring immediate character and scale to any outdoor space. The warm earthy tones sit naturally alongside native planting and East Coast vegetation, and their weight and form mean they stay exactly where you put them.
Boulders aren't just decorative - used well, they're structural too. They're ideal for retaining wall feature faces, creek line accents, water features, rock gardens, and statement focal points in larger residential and commercial landscaping projects.
Good for: feature rocks, water features, rock gardens, retaining wall faces, large-scale landscaping.
Diana’s Basin Armour Rock
A distinctive natural stone with a grey base and subtle rustic brown tones running through it — each piece unique in its patterning and character. The variation is what gives it presence: no two installations look identical, which is exactly what makes it work in statement landscaping.
Sized and weighted for structural applications as well as decorative ones. Where smaller feature stone adds detail, armour rock handles the heavy work — retaining walls, boundary walls, entrance pillars, and large-scale landscape elements that need to hold their position and look right doing it.
Good for: heavy-duty retaining walls, boundary walls, entrance pillars, creek line reinforcement, large decorative features, structural landscaping.
CRUSHER DUST / CRACKER DUST
A finely crushed rock material that compacts tightly to create a stable, firm base layer. Crusher dust is cost-effective, versatile, and one of the most useful base preparation products for residential landscaping projects.
If you're laying pavers, installing artificial turf, or setting a water tank, crusher dust under the surface locks everything in place, reduces movement, and prevents weed growth from below.
Good for: under pavers, artificial turf installation, water tank bases, pathway base layers, garden edging compaction.
SCREENED SAND
Screened Quartz River Sand
A high-quality, clean river sand screened for consistent particle size and drainage performance. Popular for horse arenas and equestrian surfaces where drainage and consistent footing matter - and equally useful for bedding and surrounding PVC pipes, levelling courses under pavers, and general landscaping fill.
Good for: horse arenas, pipe bedding, pavers levelling course, landscaping fill.
NOT SURE WHAT YOU NEED?
Choosing the right landscaping material comes down to three things: what it needs to look like, what it needs to do, and what conditions it needs to perform in. Decorative pebbles and crushed granite gravel work beautifully as surface materials in garden beds and pathways. Crusher dust and screened sand are the base layers that go down first to create stability and prevent movement. Boulders add structure and scale that smaller materials can't. River sand handles specialist applications like horse arenas and pipe bedding.
If you're working through a landscaping project and want advice on which products to use where, call us. We know the East Coast conditions, we know our materials, and we'd rather spend five minutes pointing you in the right direction than have you order something that doesn't do what you need it to.
All materials are weighed with trade-approved accuracy. Not sure how much to order? Give us your area dimensions and we'll calculate the quantity before you commit.

For appearance and durability, Priory crushed granite gravel (14mm) and Eastern Grey pebbles (14mm or 20mm) are both excellent path materials — stable underfoot, good drainage, and low maintenance. Crusher dust compacted beneath gives the path a firm, stable base that prevents shifting over time. Call us and describe your garden style and we'll point you to the right product.
-
Crusher dust is the standard base material for both pavers and artificial turf installations. It compacts tightly, creates a firm, level surface, locks materials in place, and reduces weed growth from below. For artificial turf, 7mm drainage aggregate is sometimes used as an infill layer above the crusher dust for additional drainage performance.
-
A layer of geotextile fabric under the pebbles is the most effective weed barrier. On top of that, a depth of at least 50–75mm of pebbles makes it harder for weed seeds to establish. Finer pebbles like 7mm and 10mm Eastern Grey also act as a natural weed suppressant by limiting light and moisture at the soil surface.
-
A rough guide: a 10m² garden bed at 75mm depth needs approximately 0.75 cubic metres, or around 1.2 tonnes. Call us with your area dimensions and preferred depth and we'll calculate the quantity for you — it takes two minutes and means you order the right amount the first time.
-
Pebbles are a surface material - decorative and practical on top of a prepared base. Crusher dust is a base material - it goes down first to create a firm, compacted foundation under pavers, turf, or tank pads. For most landscaping projects, you'd use crusher dust below and pebbles on top.
